GOAL

• To maximize sales and profits for the company within managed QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants)
• To enhance the brand of the company through professionalization of consumer facing activities and products within Thailand
• To provide leadership and management within the team to promote a productive, respectful and creative company able to sustain continued sustainable growth

• Manage all QSR staffs and set specific responsibilities according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Manage HR scheduling for all QSR staffs and coordinate with the Office to record HR data
• Develop and execute strategic plan both within QSR team and with Marketing team to achieve sales target and expand our customer base
• Working together with the Marketing Manager to communicate and execute marketing materials, events, advertising etc.
• Effectively communicate sales initiatives within the team and to management
• Manage financial reporting of responsible QSRs as required by Accounting / Office Team
• Manage inventory and purchases for responsible QSRs, coordinating directly with suppliers & Office Team

• 2-year experiences in a F&B management position or applicable related experiences
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization including senior management
• Proven ability to drive team members to perform with customer service standard
• Proven ability to manage a team or several teams in a fast-paced operating environment
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word applications
• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Native Thai speaker, Proficient in English
• Team player, highly motivated, highly self-organized and self-directed
