Key Responsibilities 

First-line response and initial management of IT infrastructure or security related issues

• Work with existing skilled staff, responding to cyber security threats as they take place. Network management of LAN, WAN and connected servers will be part and parcel of the role. An up to date understanding of relevant security standards, authentication protocols, and all security related hardware and software within the organization would be vital.

IT Security – Day to day management

• Involve many day-to-day IT Security management activities. These will include managing the LAN (Local Area Network), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) administration tasks, plus managing the WAN (Wide Area Network), and any VPN’s (Virtual Private Networks). Using the IT Security tools and techniques gained to monitor all exploits and threats, providing an initial response as threats emerge. Regular vulnerability testing may be necessary and reporting to senior IT management may be required, especially during issues causing downtime or data loss.

IT Security maintenance, change management, training, and support

Perform and responsible for change management, incorporating the administration of upgrades, patches, and fixes. Tasks such as the development and implementation of new corporate security policies and staff training on awareness of cyber security threats may need attention.

 IT on General infrastructure duties

• Daily Operation with server, Base on VMware.
• Implement solution in a middle or large-scale infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and perform root cause of critical outages.
• Develop and implement best practice to improve system efficiency.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitors system performance, provides seconded and third tier support of hardware , system and software.
• Perform Backup and Recovery process by user request (Veeam).
• Work with other team to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in these following skills (not necessary to have all skills): Windows, Linux, VMWare ESX, VMWare NSX , VMware vSAN and Cloud Platform.
• Have knowledge about ITIL framework, ISO27001.
• Experience in IT Security operations and Governance.
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset.
• Strong liaison skill, teamwork, passion and commitment mentality
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Able to work on the holiday or non-business time depends on assigned projects.
• Able to work under pressure with a teamwork spirit.
• Fast learner and always eager to update new technology.
