Sales Performance

• Store performance weekly, yearly, monthly (Sales, key KPIs sales participation etc.)
• Calculation for store staff variable bonus, and yearly salary increase
• Calculation for department team variable bonus, and yearly salary increase
• Arrangement for PRD rating (Personal yearly KPIs performance)
• Monitoring for store that negative sales growth and action
• Summary performance for department head
• Store Operating Profit
• Region zoning

 Budget sales

• Store sales yearly budget
• Store and department cost yearly budget planning
• Store incentive monthly target and scheme setting

  Store Operations

• Store Incentive Scheme ad-hoc
• Report tracking and analysis ad-hoc
• Co-ordinate with finance analysis dept.
• Operations job task

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Very good command of English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Good writing skill in both Thai and English is essential.
• Excellence in Microsoft Office-Excel.
• Good personality and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and be able to work under pressure.
