Responsibilities 1.Business Analyst – Research and identify key business drivers a. Research, study, gather public and non-public information in order to fully understand customer's business b. Identify key business driver and summarize key finding using powerpoint c. Eager to research & study new course, new skills, new knowledge, etc.

2.Simulation design, Financial modeling – Financial Analyst a. Simplified a complex supply chain or value chain into a compact version suitable for classroom learning b. Analyze financial statements from annual report and simplify statements into a compact version suitable for training program c. Able to model risk and uncertainty and simplify them into compact version suitable for training program d. Creative in game mechanics, negotiation parameter, overall difficulties of the simulation e. Intermediate or Advance skills in business model, supply chain, value chain design, business strategy, project management f. Intermediate or Advance excel skills, financial modelling, valuation (macro is a plus)

3.Learning Outcome design a. Eager to learn management tool, strategy tools, finance tool, etc and use them in our course creatively b. Able to help facilitator in research and design course objectives, learning outcome of various courses 4.Equipment and material design a. Creative in document design, handout design, simulation equipment design b. Powerpoint skills, create teaching slide, handout, and other learning material c. Equipment and document preparation
