Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales team with base account, and provide technical consultancy to clients, focusing on IT infrastructure
• Responsible for understudy customer requirements, environment and challenges and able to propose/provide Internet Link and other services to to customer.
• Able to carry out functions in solution offering (term of requirements, proposal, demo, presentation, etc.)
• Manages hand-over to the Services Functions for service onboarding (Post-Sales Support) for
• Build technical and marketing relationship with prospects or existing customers and partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, MIS or related fields.
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in IT Solution design, planning (pre-sales), Technical Consultant in IT Networking.
• Previous experience of requirements gathering, design and solution building and the ability to replicate this in a commercial setting
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a network engineer, network specialist.
• Have knowledge of network connectivity, technologies, protocols, and security such as router, switch, firewall, Wireless.
• Experience in BGP Routing and Internet Service Provider would be advantage
• Networking related certification would be advantage
• Have knowledge in System infrastructure and system integration (such as servers, storage and network)
• Good communication and presentation skill and you can speak fluently to clients, partners and colleagues.
• Able to present products and ideas ease, confidence and persistence.
• Able to work in team player
• Self-motivation and wiling to learn new technologies
• Good command in written and spoken English
