Job Descriptions:

1. New Product Development: Develop new products. Understanding consumer insights, market trends, as well as consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for products. Including overseeing the development to get new products that satisfy consumers and generate sales according to the set goals.

2. Operate and coordinate with relevant departments such as Product Development Department, Legal Department, Purchasing Department, Graphic Design Department. Production Planning and Channel Marketing Department in the preparation of new products according to the marketing plan and meet the requirements.

3. Follow up and coordinate with external agencies such as manufacturing plants to meet the objective and according to the time set and produce the desired results.

4. Take care of the sales volume market share income and cost compared to budget and adjust plans to improve product sales efficiency.

5. Study and analyze data market surveys and market research reports. To be used as a guideline and jointly formulate plans with related parties (Trade Marketing) for their own products and competitors to maintain and increase sales.

6. Sales Performance: Analyze and summarize the monthly sales results and present to supervisor to come up with a plan to effectively support each month's situation.

Qualifications:

·         Age 25 - 35 years old.

·         Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fields

·         Experience in product manager with at least 5 years in FMCG, consumer goods is preferable.

·         Market data tools: Nielsen Answer preferable.

·         Have analytical skills. project management, strategic thinking and problem solving.

·         Enthusiastic, energetic, results driven. Easy to adapt to changes.

·         Creativity, Strong interpersonal, negotiable, communication, and customer comprehension skills.
