We are looking for a passionate and service-minded individual who can speak comfortably with both IT candidates and clients. You will be working with a talented team of HR industry experts and supported by industry-leading technology for effective screening and pipeline processing.

The successful candidate will be working with the WorkVenture Prime division.

• Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a tech supported shortlist of qualified candidates for technical roles.
• Source and recruit tech-candidates by using WorkVenture database, social media etc.
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Make successful placements of candidates into new job roles with leading companies and tech startups in Thailand.
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• 5 years of experience working within recruiting/staffing industry.
• Interested in a fast-growing and agile environment.
• Must be detail-oriented with a creative mind set.
• Undergraduate / Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline.
• Possess a 'never give up' attitude with the determination to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
