We are looking for a passionate and service-minded individual who is comfortable speaking with our clients and potential IT candidates. You will be working alongside a talented team of HR industry experts with the support of leading technology in the industry. You duties will include the searching, screening and pipeline processing of potential candidates.

The successful candidate will be working in the WorkVenture Prime division.

• Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a tech supported shortlist of qualified candidates for technical roles.
• Source and recruit tech-candidates by using WorkVenture database, social media etc.
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Make successful placements of candidates into new job roles with leading companies and tech startups in Thailand.
• Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals.
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• 5 years of experience working within recruiting/staffing industry.
• Interested in a fast-growing and agile environment.
• Must be detail-oriented with a creative mind set.
• Undergraduate / Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline.
• Possess a 'never give up' attitude with the determination to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
