WorkVenture is seeking a highly-creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As our Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote WorkVenture and its products for our local and international expansion.

WorkVenture is a rapidly expanding tech company with plans to keep growing locally and extending our brand on an international scale. You will play a major role in planning our local and international expansion and putting these plans in motion by enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquire customer leads. • Manage and lead the marketing team, reporting directly to CEO
• Plan and execute marketing, e-commerce & social media strategies
• Set KPIs together with Management, update KPIs on weekly basis and achieve the KPIs of the team
• Develop strategies for increasing traffic and traction of key product metrics
• Develop, implement and review offline marketing promotions for both B2B and candidates
• Coordinate together with sales team in regards to B2B promotions and customer acquisition strategies
• Review all written and visual content created by company to align with quality & brand guidelines
• Collaborative within a team hands-on to achieve individual, team and organisational goals
• Evaluate emerging technologies and marketing trends. Research, compare and identify potential marketing channels and business partnerships. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption.
• Execution of all B2B and consumer events
• Analyzing and reporting on Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Facebook Advertisements
• Analyse performance of all other marketing channels and assess suitability
• Plan & deploy distribution of PR campaigns

• At least 4 years of experience in Marketing in any size of company, some tech company / startup experience is preferred
• Experience of managing teams is a must
• Work well under pressure and fast deadlines
• Understand the startup business culture & fast paced environment
• Can Get things done
• Ability to work independently as well as a team
• Fluent Thai & and strong command of English language
• Experience with online advertising platforms (Adwords, Facebook Ads etc)
