• Designing and documenting features for our platform based on customer needs and business goals
• Converting strategic goals, providing vision and direction to the Agile team to create user/job stories
• Working with the product team and the CIO to create and maintain consistent, branded look and feel platform
• Defining navigational flow and user experience for the platform
• Being proficient in product conversion, user engagement, process of optimization to fit the market
• Defining KPIs for all features and evaluating the success of them.
• Evaluating risks and tradeoffs associated with each course of action
• Working closely with users via polls, research and/or data analysis.

• Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Experience and passion for web design, functionality and testing
• Experience with the latest internet trends and technologies
• Pay attention to details
• MBA or advanced Math, Computer Science or Statistics degree preferred
