Wildcats Country Manager (Thailand)

We want YOU to be our Country Manager in Thailand to lead, inspire, and drive our innovator communities, university clubs, army of mentors, and Wildcat teams into action, and build connections, co-create businesses, and collaborate to solve challenges facing business and society at large. You will report to the Global Director of Marketing.

The Country Manager’s Responsibilities are:

• Establish Wildcats as the foremost brand for impactful, life-changing, and sustainable businesses and movements in Thailand

• Build and lead a local team responsible for outreach and growth of the Wildcats Brand and Communities

• Recruit and manage a team of self-directed and mature fellows and interns in Thailand create a viral movement of “doing good through good business”

• Strategise and drive your team to nurture and influence an ecosystem of innovators, students, entrepreneurs, mentors, and corporate professionals to take action, and co-create unprecedented and successful opportunities in business and social impact

• Collaborate with other Wildcat initiatives across teams and countries to deliver mind-blowing experiences and meaningful actions for local stakeholders

Traits of a Wildcats Country Manager:

• Diploma, Bachelors or Masters Degree

• Past experience or strong instincts in starting things - building from scratch, recruiting team members, building social media, influence, and operations - a campus club, business or project, anything. Tell us your story!

• Passion for doing the “right things”, creating opportunities for social and business impact via open innovation, idea development, venture building

• Self-motivated, highly energetic and driven, a people-person, and with a strong moral compass

• Embody the Wildcats True North values of Best of Selves, Purpose-Driven, Commitment, as well as our How We Work ways of Bold, Grit, Play, and Imagine

• Spoken and Written Thai and English as primary languages

How it’s like working in Wildcats

Your team will be based either in Bangkok, or work remotely from our Virtual Office on Gather.town. All Wildcats team members connect “face-to-face” with each other across timezones and locations through our Gather.town office.
