Wildcats Employee Experience (WEE!) Associate

Members of Wildcats don’t believe that “Good Enough” will solve the problems in this world. A Wildcat wants to bring BIG Change in society by Empowering, Mobilising, and Unleashing the leaders of tomorrow towards BIG actions. Importantly, a Wildcat wishes to explore the socially conscious and impactful side of business.

Wildcats has been inspiring big change to people and organisations across several Southeast Asian countries since the middle of 2020. We developed an Open Innovation platform to find paradigm-changing solutions for real challenges in each of our markets, and have brought out the potential in the thousands of challenge participants thus far to “dream big, start small, act now”

The WEE Associate’s Responsibilities are:

●      Scale and grow Wildcats’ team across Southeast Asia, with priority in Thailand and Vietnam

●      Manage full recruitment life cycle from initial requirements gathering, sourcing, attraction, assessment, arranging interviews, offer handling, to onboarding

●      Proactive sourcing and screening of candidates through various channels (job portals, networking events, referrals etc

●      Work closely with the hiring managers to hire amazing people aligned with Wildcat’s business needs

●      Occasionally support ad-hoc cross-team human resource related tasks

Traits of a Talent Acquisition Intern

●      Diploma or Undergraduate student in Business, Human Resource Management, or other related disciplines

●      Fluency in English and Thai, with Vietnamese a bonus

●      Self-motivated, organised, proactive, and energetic

●      Embody the Wildcats values of Bold, Grit, Play, and Imagine

●      Strong interpersonal and communication skills

●      Looking for an opportunity to bring huge social and business impact via open innovation, idea development, venture building, community building

●      Bonus: Has experience in recruitment or human resource management
