Test Engineers at Werum Asia are responsible to execute test projects that assure the quality of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) product releases and ongoing developments. Our leading MES is relied on by the world's largest Pharma manufacturing companies to power their production factories and the Test Management team is a critical function in our Software Development Lifecycle. The Test team's ongoing work provides test services based in Asia for our global product and customer project developments and includes a wide range, depth and type of software testing for a leading Industrial IT solution.


Scope of the Role To ensure that all test tasks are completed and meet and are maintained in accordance with internal and external quality standards through complete and accurate execution and inspection.

• A Bachelor's degree of Science in a Science or Computer Science field or Engineering
• Willing to learn or has experience in software testing (new graduates are welcome!)
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Mature, responsible, able to work under high pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player, but also able to work under own initiative
• Passionate about improving the quality of software products
• Naturally curious about the way software works (and doesn't work)
• Able to work in flexible hours
• Committed to undertaking on-the-job training programs
• Desirable: Experience in MES system or has background in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
