Call Center IT Helpdesk Support.Tier I Software support. Using ticketing system and Knowledge Base Management to handle case. Raise case to Tier II Support and update to users. Provide training before start working.

• Receiving case by phone Call or Line Application. Fixed problem by remote to user's PC. Differentiate case by priority levels, pass non handling case to Tier II support and keep follow up. Update resolving case in KB system. Inform user if case has been closed by use voice broadcasting software. Shift working (Morning, Afternoon and Night, rotate shift every two weeks).

• Any related IT Technology.
