Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies, objectives and action plan of the responsible account.
• Plan, monitor, and control all trade spending to be within agreed budget.
• Monitoring sales and distribution performance, particularly for new products, and taking timely action to drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve operational issues at head/regional offices or in-store.
• Identify causes of activities' if under performance, both internal and external.
• Develop and pre-evaluates corrective action plans.
• Develop partnership with customer to encourage a win/win relationship which resulting in the achievement of company and the customer category objectives.
• Conduct market visit on a weekly basis and identify key issues/ opportunities with solid action plans from store level.
• Collects information on the external environment/ competitor activities during the promotion period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 5 years of key account management; preferable in FMCG industry.
• Previous experience in Account Management or Territory Sales and display an attitude that is key success.
• Strong account management and relationship building skills.
• Highly self-motivated.
