Responsibilities

• Lead and initiate strategic financial planning and analysis related to turnover, margin, expenses controls, store profitability, etc.
• Ensure the timely and accurate in preparation and presentation of budgeting, forecasts, management reports to the local management, regional office as well as to global headquarters.
• Take full responsibility of in-depth analysis of deviations between Budget/Estimates/Forecasts & Actual, both P&L and Balance Sheet. Business Controller has to be very hands-on and in total control of all Reporting.
• Understand and take ownership of all country KPI's such as turnover, margin, operating expenses, EBIT, debtor days, Inventory days, free cash flow and have a clear visibility of the actual status relative to budget and last year.
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, and report regularly on variances between actual and the published forecasts/budget.
• Ensure that good internal controls are in-place. Develop necessary SOP for operating process and control improvement.
• Build up, train and mentor the team. Assure that they are supporting the operation efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher level in Finance, Accounting or Business Administrative.
• Minimum of 10 years in Finance and Audit experience in a multi-national organization.
• Prefer in consumer products or retails business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interacting with senior level management.
• Good Command of English.
• Fluent in Microsoft office; excel, word and power point.
• Fast and capable learn.
• Professional communication skills when working with internal and external parties.
• Able to use common sense to trouble shoot and solve problems.
• Good team work and positive working attitude.
