Responsibilities

• Lead in brand strategies and tactics and ensure execution excellent
• Lead in portfolio management & develop NPDs that satisfy consumer needs as well as the company's benefit
• Strengthen brand equity via impact marketing communications as well as leverage regional/global communication
• Lead on seeking understanding of consumer insights and turn these insights into action that can enable brand strengths
• Manage brand P&L and improve spend efficiency
• Ensure all brand strategies are underpinned by strong & in-depth consumer understanding
• Overseeing the development and implementation of the marketing plan and work closely with sales team to execute the plans
• Constant review on campaigns and brands through yearly brand reviews and post campaigns reviews to encourage vigorous and continuous learning
• Work with Advertising Agency and Media Agency for high performing MKT plan
• Closely work with R&D term for NPDs

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business/ Marketing field
• At least 3-5 years of comprehensive experience in brand management in International FMCG Industry or Retail Business
• Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft office: Excel , Powerpoint , Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both English and Thai; ability to communicate in a clear, focused, persuasive manner
• Strong analytical skills and able to look at issue from different perspectives
