We are looking for Retail Sales Manager who are able to manage, training, supervise sales team member to maintain the day-to-day operation and achieve the sales target of the company

• Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to each sales team member.
• Train, supervise and guide sales executive towards maximum performance.
• To make sure the sales number are achieved with the target set by the company.
• Maintain standard merchandising of each store to give right experience to customer.
• Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation
• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
• Analyze sales and revenue weekly and monthly reports and make forecasts
• Be multitasking as other job functions may assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent English in written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead a sale team.
• If any experience related to interior design would be an advantage
