Responsibilities :

•Plan and execute all new product development , pricing, packaging, product launching as well as developing new business opportunity

•Assist in developing marketing strategies , plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channel

•Monitor and work closely with sales functions to ensure target performance and consumer satisfaction

•Organize events such as product launches, consumer sampling

•Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities

•Work with clients, partners, and colleagues across multiple departments (such as researcher, advertising agency, sales, operation, supply chain,  factory and etc.)

Qualifications :

•Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing

•At least 4-year-experiences in marketing field, preferably consumer products

•Energetic, dynamic, creative, positive-thinking, hard-working, and self-driven with multitasking skills

•Flexible team player and promising team leader with outward mindset and strong sense of brand ownership

•Understanding about digital marketing
