• Manage external and internal recruitment activities as per global process (e.g., job briefing, screening cv's/applications, conducting telephone interviews, providing shortlists, scheduling interviews, extend offers, coordinate onboarding activities, etc.)
• Provide recruiting support for assigned function including entry-level, professional, graduate and manufacturing roles.
• Work closely with Hiring Manager, Expertise Team and HR Business Partners in promoting the Employer Brand in order to attract the right candidates.
• Compile and manage data & reporting of recruitment KPIs and SLAs and provide information upon request.
• Coordinate Recruitment transactional activities in support of Line Manager.
• Ensure compliance in area of Recruitment policy.
• Manage the candidate pool by identifying & using multiple talent channels (including, but not limited to, 3rd party agencies, social networking sites, career tool, internal posting, referral systems, external job boards, etc.)
• Responsible for briefing and management of recruitment agencies
• Coordination of logistics for recruitment events where appropriate.
• Maintain Recruitment budget in line with country local practice.
• Point of contact within the Service Delivery Team for any customer issues & problems in Recruitment

• Minimum of 3-4 years full life-cycle recruiting with significant direct sourcing and in-house recruiting experience
• Experience in applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools, etc.
• Strong team player

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both Thai and English
