Preparing government forms and supporting documents for different forms of company registrations, foreign entities, business licenses, visas and work permits and other related applications
- Providing support and carrying out research on various legal aspects related to business including corporate, commercial, tax, intellectual property, and immigration matters
- Contacting and coordinating with government units regarding legal matters
- Carrying out research and preparing summaries on relevant laws and regulations
