Work Location: Near Rajdamri / Chidlom BTS

• Daily processing of vendors' invoices includes matching of vendors' invoices with delivery orders or packing list and input into system.
• Monthly payment processing including AP and staff claim and reconciliation of vendors' statement of account.
• Issue withholding tax certificates to vendor.
• Issue sales/tax invoices.
• Follow up with customer on collection.
• Perform month-end reconciliation activities.
• All other duties as assigned Accounting Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling accounts payable and general accounting standards.
• Proficient with all MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of Accounting program (SAP, Express)
• Good Communication skill.
