System Analyst

- Create work breakdown structure
- Generate innovate ideas for new solution and process improvement
- Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support
- Documentation of technical solutions to ensure other team members can do onward development
- Lead the session with customer and stakeholders and drive team to achieve result
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT related field
- At least 2 years' experience in software development and design
- Good interpersonal, energetic and communication skill
- Knowledge of programming and scripting such as OOP, JAVA, Shell Script, Database, SQL, Development framework
- Demonstrated ability to learn and wisely apply new platforms and technologies:
- Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile is preferable
- Experience with CMMI and Agile is a plus.
- Knowledge of workflow process engine or content engine is a plus.
- Strong problem solving and self-management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good team player, interpersonal and communication skills
