Mezcal Bar is a new concept in Dining and Cocktails, offering Modern Mexican Cuisine and Cocktails in a carefully curated intimate venue.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help lead our service team into offering top quality dining experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities include mantaining the standard set by the company and ensuring the service staff follows the procedures, keeping a constant line of communication with the senior management team, finding appropriate solutions to the everyday problems that arise during the operation of the restaurant, coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and other areas to plan for special, and notifying the senior management of any serious problem detected.

Requirements:

• Being fluent in English
• Experience in a similar position
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Office Software

Additionally, being a Restaurant Bar it is expected that the candidate will be willing to work shifts ending after midnight.
