Develop and implement a winning regional marketing plan for his/her region aligned to the Annual Operating Plan.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, region-wide or country-specific.
Provide domain expertise to the commercial team in the field of Food & Pharma segments.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in his/her territory.
Proactively collect market intelligence in the territory, feeding it back into the organization to drive better strategic planning and execution.
Support Commercial organization with customer targeting, support material (e.g., presentations, total-cost-of-ownership models, battle cards, etc.), and expert guidance on Food Protection and Pharmaceutical products.
Join on high-value sales calls as the Food Protection and Pharmaceutical products expert.
Who we are looking for:Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Analytical science or microbiology degree preferred but not required.
Several years' experience working with sales and Food Protection or Pharmaceutical customers.
Experience in marketing and collaborating closely with teams across multiple regions.
English required.
Ability to create strategic plans, translate them to tactical programs, and drive execution to drive opportunities for the commercial organization.
Strong track record of driving improvement in business performance.
