Gather and analyze operational data

• Interview and observe process participants to gather information and create detailed standard operating procedures
• Extract information from process participants on the existing process
• Identify and map all business processes and any related activities for process improvement

Create and maintain standard operating procedures as well as workflows

• Create process documentation, workflows, knowledge articles and training materials
• Visualize diagrams and workflow in the form of business process models
• Review information and trends to ensure that the processes outcomes achieve desired results and service levels
• Maintain records of documentation and revision
• Manage process change

Monitor operational performance

• Communicate with the process owner to monitor, measure and provide feedback on related performance metrics

Process Improvement

• Facilitate process workflow modeling, collaborate on process improvement and clearly defined end-to-end use cases

Quality control and quality assurance

• Identify internal control defects and draw the appropriate conclusions

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering/Business Administration/Economics or any related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience with process mapping and/or business process flowsen
• Excellent in English (TOEIC > 550)
• Experience in an e-commerce or service business is a plus
• Skilled in MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze processes and workflows
• Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to develop strong relations
• Good resource management and high accountability
• Fast learner and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
