CAT will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of O2O Channel development related to international construction market, new market entry, new technology, project influencer and fulfillment partnership management. Working with the international team from the planning to execution, achieving goals and deliverables, building strong relationship with internal & external partners.

• Plan and execute that correspond with corporate goals in project influencer engagement and fulfillment partner.
• Build alliances for increasing online / offline partners.
• Develop and execute O2O sales strategy, that align with customer journey, create new business model of building solution or related technology to generate revenue streams.
• Collaborate with business partners, technology partners and relevant parties to achieve strategic business objectives and ensuring efficient and profitable business.
• Working with international team, key internal supporter and manage seamless O2O operation.

• Experience in O2O Channel development as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence.

• Experience in sales & marketing of construction industry is preferred.
