Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
• Strategically thinking and seeing the bigger picture to setup aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
• Strategically working to carry out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world
• Able to present competently during presentation between project team and client
• Delivery of assigned task as per timeline given and display urgency in sales processes timelines
• Collaborate with internal (Seller, Logistics, Finance and Platform Development) and external to develop products & service to engage customers.
• Update market situation & Trend, explore potential lead sales from various community.
• Manage BIG Agent service to serve off-line sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related
• 2-3 years' experience as Business Development
• Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to present and advise others about them
• Grown mindset with experience in startup company would be advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and result oriented with good inter-personal skill.
• Able to work under pressure
