Responsibilities:

• Leverage local raw material sourcing best practice among all operations in SCG Packaging (TH, ID, VN, PH, MY) through proper communication channels via phone calls, emails, plant/office visits, off-site meetings such as industry-related events and recreational outings with the sole intention to increase each country market understanding & different culture collaboration internally
• International procurement and trading of recyclable paper, developed annual purchasing, sales plans and reviews to achieve business goal in both secure and cost optimize aspect
• Negotiate large transactions on a daily/weekly basis
• Gather daily market intelligence for internal discussions and reports
• Clear communication with the back office/Marketing/Planning in order to provide a high standard of service
• Develop new territories – especially with recyclers and establish/maintain supplier relationships mainly in Japan, Europe and USA

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Marketing/Economic/International business or related field (G.P.A. > 2.70)
• Good command in English ( TOEIC > 550)
• Speaking & writing Japanese fluently (Possess JLPT N1 - N2 is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing/procurement experience
• Strong negotiation and analytical / problem solving abilities
• Professional appearance
• Affinity with working in an international environment
• Self-motivation, entrepreneurial mentality combined with proper time management skills
• Superior communication and presentation skills
