THG is a Bangkok-based Thailand Travel agency catering to the Australian market. We are currently looking to hire several Australians to join our sales team.

When joining would receive extensive training before becoming one of our travel consultants.

Here are the requirements:

About you

• Australian national

• Customer service experience is preferred

• Experience in sales - a plus

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

• Effective organizational skills.

• Ability to persuade, negotiate, or influence others.

• Ability to work independently while being part of a team

• Ability to develop/maintain effective relationships with groups, and potential customers.

• Effective presentation and customer service skills.

• Analytical or critical thinking skills.

• Competitive salary package.

• At least 5 years of experience in the sales industry.

About the role

• Converse with leads to determine their needs. Build relationships and follow up with leads, nurturing them to become clients.

• Advise, plan and promote appropriate itineraries in the different regions of

• Thailand, including the accommodation, transfers, and activities at each destination.

• Close the sale - hotel accommodations, attractions, transfers, and other travel services.

• Collect payment/fees for the products and services that were booked.

• Coordinate with the booking time that would book what was agreed with the client.

• Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancelations, and refunds.

• Work to meet sales goals as established by the company
