The Lead Generation Specialist will provide the pre-sales function of prospecting, targeting and developing qualified sales leads using CRM tools for tracking and record updates. The successful candidate will identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects, both over the phone and via e-mail, by maintaining a professional approach to telemarketing. Thus candidates will need to have excellent communication skills (Chinese and English) and have experience calling business to business (B2B).

The LGS function also requires motivation and team leader capabilities. Candidates for this position must be highly motivated, tenacious, and self-starters as it is a challenging and tough marketplace. Moreover, the LGS should provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts.
