Customer Support/Sales Agent

• Handling customers claims (phone, emails, online chat)
• Solving problems and advising customers on claim cases
• Assisting Customer relationship manager in his daily tasks.
• Improving overall customer satisfaction
• Make sales when the customer asking some information
