Stonetech Ventures is searching for a reliable Personal Assistant. The PA will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties alongside providing assistance. The ideal candidate should be skilled, highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a corporate environment.

• Plan and coordinate business appointments and meetings.
• Maintain schedules and calendars.
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents/paperwork
• Do the research, prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, graphics, reports, and presentations.
• Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking
• Day to day office management
• Liaison with the core team, external individuals and government organization
• Maintaining an enjoyable work environment within the company

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial or equivalent
• Excellent command of English and Thai (Mandarin Chinese will be an advantage)
• Demonstrate broad knowledge and experience in using Google Suite
• Responsible, possess good communication and organization skills; able to communicate well with people at all levels.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated
• Can-do attitude
