- Planning and purchasing inventory according to demand forecast VS actual sale
under leadtime's condition from each supplier to ensure that stock ready as plan.
Communicate production dates and finished goods availability to all concerning parties.
- Developing and meeting inventory goals for the company which effectively balance
cash-flow, industry-leading product lead-times, and inventory turn rates
- Control and manage DOH to balance inventory level/ actual sale aligned on company
target and Work with articles in order to achieve yearend inventory and DOH target.
- Manage inventory risk and ensure that contingency plans are in place including to seek
and recommend solutions to overcome issues arising in order to meet production
requirements and address operational risks"
- Work closely with purchasing team to maintained through meetings and reporting
schedules and ensure appropriate lead times and minimum order quantities are in effect.
Monitoring on slow moving, dead stock and excess inventory.
- Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform in a command-and-control
role under pressure, and to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.
Liaison between Srichand and OEM person in charge to manage raw material and packaging material
- Monitor adherence to plan and handle routine problems; promptly seek assistance from
manager or management as needed.



Job Specifications
 

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.    
• Minimun 2 years experience in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning  
• Demand & Supply Chain planning, warehouse management, inventory control and production planning skill.
• Highly analytical and extremely self-motivated with critical thinking mindset.
• Working knowledge of: Use of quantitative methods to analyse situations  and solve business problems, data management/databases, supply chain operations.
• Expert knowledge of SAP systems, with understanding of relationships among demand, supply, bill of materials and routings.
• Be proactive to propose and develop new ideas
• Time management and positive thinking
• Good team player,excellent communication, and collaboration skill. 
• Computer literacy (Particularly in MS Excel) 
• Good command both written and spoken English
