Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to develop appropriate and actionable solution that meets brand’s or campaign’s objectives.
• Develop insightful analysis of brand’s existing digital assets, consumer insights and experiences, campaign performance and data.
• Identify strategic partners to help the team to achieve the solutions.
• Plan, present and manage online & social media campaigns with effectiveness on budget management, performance review, optimization, and analysis.
• Manage budget, monitor and optimize campaign to achieve an expected return on investment (ROI) or KPI.
• Summarize, prepare, and report all related campaign performance & findings.

Qualification 

• Minimum 5 yr experience in Performance Marketing, Media Buyer (FMCG or Cosmetics)
• Analytical thinking / Open mind / Can do attitude / Adaptive to work environment
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related fields
• Be Passionate about skincare / cosmetic / personal care products
