SORAPOL ARDECO was founded in 2013 and considered to be a construction and real estate company. The company located at Sukhuntasawat 26, Latprao, Bangkok. We aims to develop luxury residential property projects on many site of Thailand. Now we're hiring a Civil Engineer.

• Perform engineering and design work under guidance using the project design methods, standards and data to a high quality and in accordance with project requirements
• Involved in the engineering design for new building typologies as well as underground developments
• Prepare detailed designs for the projects and provide technical support to internal business groups
• Manage consultants and conduct design reviews as well as value management session to ensure optimisation of engineering designs
• Liaise with local authorities and providers related to the project
• Check critical design calculation and specifications of the project
• Approve all Civil related documents and drawing produced in the project before issue 1

• Candidate must possess a degree in Civil Engineering
• Candidate must possess professional certificate in Civil Structural Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 - 10 years of working experience in main to large scale construction is required
• Flexible approach and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills with sound written and oral communication skills
