Key Responsibilities:

The Associate Marketing Manager reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for the full breadth of marketing activity undertaken by the marketing team and The School.

The successful candidate will:

• Support The Marketing Manager to design, implement and review The School’s Strategic Marketing Plan aligned with Group requirements and specific to Shrewsbury City Campus;
• Support Marketing Manager in planning the Marketing, Admissions and Outreach events programme;
• Support and coordinate marketing campaigns through social media;
• Coordinate the school’s publication and announcement on the school website and other school’s social media channels;
• Keep overview of advertising bookings, schedules and publications;
• Support in the collection of targeted content or stories at SHC for SHC publication and online posting;
• Ensure regular distribution of collateral materials to feeder schools, referral points (businesses, relocation companies, chamber of commerce, embassies, etc.)
• Coordinate and support the execution of all external PR and marketing activities and events (fairs, embassy events, chamber of commerce events, etc.). This included events outside of regular working hours;
• Coordinate and support the execution of all internal PR and marketing activities and events (Openhouse, playgroup, etc.);
• Ensure that the stock management of marketing materials are up-to-date and accurate;
• Help to identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
• Keep abreast of industry trends and compel marketing campaigns
• Providing administrative support to the marketing and admissions team
• Assist and create graphic design for SHC events;
• Assist with photography and videos of school events;
•  Maintain marketing database;
• Process purchase requisitions and ensure that they are in line with the marketing budget lines;
