Job Description:Acting as an in-house consultant providing solutions to Shopees business partners regarding operational related issues.Communicate operations KPIs and performance with Shopee internal team and partnersProvide operational improvement initiatives to improve operational performance from partner site visit (requirement collection)Develop partner visit process including schedule site visit to explore improvement opportunity, identify site visit state holders, escalation process to get management supportRequirements:Bachelor or Masters degree in Business Administration/ Engineering1-2 year working experiences in related field, Fresh graduated is also welcomeKnowledge in credit analyst from banking preferredFluent in English communicationLogical thinking and structured thoughtsFlexible personalityWilling to work in project base
