Job Description:Support social media analyticsPulling metrics for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and others utilizing native platforms and social media aggregation toolsProvides data-driven, actionable insights and recommendations for improving social media engagement, acquisition, retention and conversion across all channels Works closely with cross-functional teams to provide insight and recommendations about social media campaignsDevelop and maintain automated reporting templates, leading creation of social media metrics reportsMust be comfortable presenting complex information to a diverse crowd of stakeholders on a regular basisEvaluate market conditions and competitor data to identify emerging trends and to recommend learnings and action points to optimise resultsGuide markets in content learnings, social media best practices, cross-market sharing Supports additional projects as requested Requirements:Min. 1 year of experience in a social media role preferredExperience with social media analytics with good data visualisation skillsKnowledge of social media KPIs and all native platform analytic toolsAdvantage to have experience conducting statistical analysis
