Job Description:Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Social Key Account Managers comprising of approximately 3-8 membersDrive performance of all SKAMs within responsibility on dimensions including: commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools and systems and special projects etc.Manage approximately 10 key social managed sellers in order to ensure strong relationship with key social seller of that category and to gather hands on experience of managing social sellerDevelop expertise on social media and use of social media for commercial purposesProvide guidance to team members to ensure continuous increase in productivity, motivation, learning and process improvementGather key insights from all Social Key Account Managers in order to develop recommendations for future improvement, internal campaigns, and team campaignEnsure correct and timely completion of team members performance reportDevelop close team relationship with team members as well as boost/maintain team moraleRewquirments:Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields3-4 years experience in Business Development would be advantagePeople management skillLogical thinking and strong problem solving skillsGood team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform your KPIs
