Job Description:Determine and define project scopes and objectivesDrive Warehouse commercial and operational projects for Serviced by ShopeePredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient mannerDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work planProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progressManage communication with internal parties including Shopee Regional and suppliers by assigning tasks and following up on deliverableUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionMonitor progress and make adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvementDrive initiative assigned by Manager Requirements:Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or a relevant field of studyAt least 1 year of working experienceExperience in SQL is a big plusAnalytical, curious mind, self motivated and problem solving skills at all timesExcellent presentation skills, able to communicate complex ideas in simple termsGood team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
