Job Description: Supporting the Affiliate Marketing Manager in developing and implementing the Shopee affiliate strategy to deliver sales and grow KPIs Assisting Affiliate team on growing direct relationships with top affiliates & Influencers, managing partners of various types and drive recruitment Analyzing and conducting Affiliate Performance including reporting, tracking and general support Assisting in campaign management planning and communicating strategic campaigns tailoring to individual partners and influencers Works with Finance and Regional Teams to oversee affiliate commission payments and accounting documents Coordinate with any third party affiliate platform Shopee works with and other Shopee functions Works with Graphic to maintains and updates all creative assets available to affiliates Owns the day-to-day management and optimization of the affiliate program Ensuring affiliate sites are up to date and displaying the Shopee brand correctly Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, Accounting or equivalent. At least 1 year experience in relevant field Excellent analyzing and interpreting numbers into action plan is a plus Excellent Thai verbal and written communication skill Communication level in English is a plus Outstanding organizational skills Demonstrate effective communication and follow-up skills with various departments Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision Ability to work effectively in a team
