Customer Service Officer
ที่Scan Global Logistics Co., Ltd.- Assist Sales with new & existing clients
- Be the intermediary party between Customer, Sales and Operations, Overseas.
- Take sales booking and coordinate with respective operations departments.
- On-adhoc basis act as operation on Sales' jobs
- Update and files sales quotations
- Update and files customer list in Sales department
- Update and files Sales lead incoming/outgoing
- Establish contact on new clients to provide sales lead for sales executives
- Female/Male, age 23 up
- Thai Nationality Only
- Bachelor's Degree in any relate field
- Good command in spoken and written English
- Computer literate (MS Word/Excel/Power Point/IE/Outlook)
- Service minded and proactive
- Honest, hardworking, able to be multi-tasked and able to work under pressure
