• Welcome, greet and take care company guests and visitors in the professional service
• Work as a PR representative in the center
• Answer telephone calls, provide booking services and accurate information to clients
• Provide and manage administrative documentations and reports
• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned
• Effectively handle client complaints and be able to share feedback to team for service's improvement

• Female and Thai Nationality
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1-2 years experience in Receptionist / Admin Job
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill and service mind
• Enthusiastic, patient and excellent problem solving
• Fluent in speaking Mandarin, English speaking will be a plus
• Good computer skill
