• Organize and manage projects progress and teams
• To conduct research on acquisition of land, investment projects and market conditions in cities of Mainland
• In-depth analysis of product allocation, growth rate and property market prices
• Monitoring site progress and performance of the contractors
• Ensure the smooth delivery of projects according to schedule, budget and deliverables
• Liaise and coordinate with internal project team, consultants, partners and contractors

• Degree or above in Civil & Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction industry, sizeable property development, property management or fit-out projects
• Familiar with all areas of real estate development, from evaluation and acquisition of sites to development and operations
• Sensitive to data, able to carry out market research report independently
• Possessing sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage
• Good command of both written & spoken English or Chinese
• Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills
