ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide suggestion and technical support to clients via social media platforms and phone (Non face-to-face)
• Perform account opening and KYC/CDD activities to comply with related laws and regulations
• Monitor automatic process of fund subscription, redemption and settlement
• Co-ordinate with related parties to ensure every procedure is accurate, based mainly on interest of clients
• Be a part of team to develop new ideas of business and service

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in any field
• Possess IC license (at least ‘IC Plain’ category)
• Experience in mutual fund industry will be an advantage
