Roles & Responsibilities

• Contacting co-brokers or potential partners to acquire their asset (listings)
• Managing and updating property listing information on different databases and marketing channels to ensure accuracy of properties and best marketing results
• Performing other functions as may be assigned by the Direct Manager from time to time.

Qualifications

• Open to hire fresh graduates with outstanding GPA and work experience in customer service and hospitality
• At least Bachelor’s degree
• Must have excellent written and spoken Thai and basic English skills
• High attention to detail, well-organized, coachable, talkative, motivative, adaptive, growth mindset, a sense of urgency, and a drive to get things done

• Maintaining and enhancing relationships with partners /co brokers.
• Participating in setting cobroker relationship management (CBRM) strategies with superiors
• Performing other functions as may be assigned by the Direct Manager from time to time.
