About Property Scout

We are building a real estate transaction platform enabling a trusted buying, selling, and renting experience. Basically, it is a super-app for real estate combining a technology platform with the human touch of professional agents similar to Grab. Peers in other markets are Beike in China (USD 32bn in valuation with 550k agents on the platform), Loft and Quinto Andar in Brazil (USD 3bn and 5bn valuation), or Square Yards in India. Their success is an inspiration for us to build the leading property transaction platform across Southeast Asia.

Our Thai-international co-founder team combines successful serial entrepreneurs (last company scaled to USD 150m in sales and 125 employees) with strong leadership and innovation expertise in the digital real estate space. We have raised a total of USD 8m in funding from international VCs and industry angel investors.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Scouting for properties across segments and locations in Bangkok - primarily by visiting condos and housing projects in addition to the existing database to acquire fresh property listings and expand search area horizontally
• Building connection with juristic office or property management team that have database of rental/resales properties in each existing project for future updates
• Coordinating with supply team to create new listings from the database received through offline channels and verifying information as requested by supply team
• Strategically researching and prioritizing projects before going out to ensure unduplicated property acquisition

Qualifications

• Young professionals (1-2 years of work experience in business development, direct sales (offline)
• Previous experience in the real estate sector, e.g. with a real estate agency, a property management company or a property developer is a strong plus but not necessary
• At least Bachelor’s degree
• Must have excellent written and spoken English and Thai skills
• High attention to detail, well-organized, coachable, talkative, motivative, adaptive, growth mindset, a sense of urgency, and a drive to get things done
• Ability to be mobile across Bangkok with own car or scooter

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation

We offer a base salary with an attractive performance-based bonus. The expected compensation at good performance for this role is around THB 25-30k, depending on the skill level of the candidate. The remuneration package will be reviewed every six months after performance review, and top performers can expect to grow fast and earn more.
