Sales representative

Property Flow is looking for an energetic and experienced sales representative to come join our startup and sales and customer success team.

The Sales representative will join our sales team, and work on converting leads to paid clients as well as take part of prospecting. 

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up and convert leads. 

• Prospecting, reach out to potential new customers.

• Assist in producing sales material online and offline.

• Take part of performing demos and training for existing and future clients.

• Take part of internal Meetups in our office

• Work towards well defined KPIs and targets for sale performance.

• Take part of sales events and client meetings.

• Outreach sales

• Manage your leads efficiently using CRM (Pipedrive) 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree or higher.

• Excellent command of both English and Thai.

• Proven experience working with B2B Sales

• Experience defining and executing sales strategies.

Great if you also bring along

• Experience working with software as a service ( SaaS)

• Experience working real-estate industry ( Real-estate agent or similar )
