Recruiter (Freelance)

Job Responsibility

1. Communicate with clients or business development team to get a clear view on hiring needs and organizational goals
2. Researching, approaching, and mapping out markets professionally to identify suitable candidates.
3. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
4. Create a candidate persona for each open position and present to customer
5. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
6. Support candidate to prepare for interview
7. Follow-up references and check credits
8. Present shortlisted candidates with detailed candidate profile summaries

Qualification (Skill & Experience)

• Open for new graduated
• Logical thinking, problem solver and analytical skill
• Well responsibility and able to work independent
• Well communication skill
• Experience in consulting or recruiting is high advantage
• Good command of English
